Quite a number of tracks where recorded since Maarten started playing around with drums and piano1982.

Some where actual songs, some just loosely recorded improvisations and some a bit of both...

These recordings vary from classical based piano works (minimal music orientated) to harsh industrial songs.

Some where written for a rockband type of setting (b/d/g/v) and others pieces of experimental combinations.

The recordings in the early 80's where on plain audio-cassettes.

Later on, at the end of the 80's, Maarten recorded on a Tascam 4-Track cassette player.

The 4-Track recordings span about 1000 songs/recordings.

One recording from the "4-Track" era, titled Klewang, can be found on the Moonwater album (In-Existence, Apollo/R&S)

Also the TZ 2 (12"), DJ Dusk (12") and the Dominator remix where recorded on 4-Track !

Early 90's more sophisticated recording equipment was used; DAT.

The recordings then got a bit more organized.

From the 90's period a couple of hundred of tracks still remain unreleased, awaiting a new treat.

For instance Maarten's early work for VPRO radio or releases that were cancelled or alternative mixes of released tracks.

In the years coming Maarten is planning to put the most interesting ones online, after a strict selection.

So far, this resulted in the "digital" releases at the top of the page.
